The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee defines the strategies proposed to the Board of Directors, and oversees Transdev’s business activities. It is responsible for defining its industrial vision, strategy, values, management culture, and priority targets.

The Executive Committee is made up of the directors of the five support functions (General Secretary, Finance, Strategy and Transformation, Human Resources, Group Development) plus the directors of the three main regions in which the Group operates: France, Northern and Central Europe and International (North and Latin America, Middle-East, North Africa, Southern Europe, and Asia-Pacific).

Thierry Mallet
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, ENPC and MIT (MSc in Transportation), he began his career in the Ministry of Equipment before going on to hold senior executive positions at VEOLIA and Suez.
Antoine Colas
General Secretary
and Head of Autonomous Transportation Systems and acting Head of Strategy and Transformation
A graduate of IEP Paris and holder of a DESS in Business Law, he started his career at BNP Paribas before joining the AMF and later the CDC. He currently sits on the Executive Committee of Transdev.
Marcos Garcia
Group Financial Director
A graduate of HEC Paris, he started out as Chief Financial Officer of Veolia in Spain. He joined Transdev in 2011.
Clément de Villepin
Group Human Resources Director
Holder of a DESS post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management, he has held several high-ranking positions in HR both in France and internationally, specifically in the areas of automotive equipment, agricultural food and within the Suez Group.
Henrik Behrens
Group Chief Development Officer
A graduate from Karlsruhe University (Germany), he previously occupied the position of CEO Rhenus Veniro, the passenger public transport activity of Rhenus Group.
Christian Schreyer
CEO Northern and Central Europe
Recognized as a senior executive professional in the rail industry, with a career including 15 years at Deutsche Bahn. For 5 years, he directed the Freight business in Poland, as CEO of the subsidiary DB Schenker Rail Polska SA.
Edouard Hénaut
CEO France
A graduate of Centrale Nantes and ESCP, he joined SUEZ Group in 1997. Previously, he was General Manager of the Municipal services of SUEZ Recycling & Recovery France.
Bruno Charrade
CEO International
(North and Latin America, Middle-East, North Africa, Southern Europe, and Asia-Pacific)
A graduate from ESTP, he occupied several management positions at Vinci, Bouygues then Transdev. He has been based in China and Chile before joining Group headquarters.

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors supervises and guides the group Transdev’s strategy, authorizes its strategic decisions, and ensures they are correctly implemented.
The Chairman of the Board is Thierry Mallet, CEO of Transdev Group. The Board bases its decisions on the advice of specialized committees, such as Strategy Committee, Appointments and Remunerations Committee, and Audit Committee.

The Board of Directors also comprises an advisory member from Rethmann Group, Egbert Tölle.

The secretary of the Board is the General Secretary, Antoine Colas.

As its majority shareholder and long-term financial partner, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations provides Transdev with solid, lasting support. The two groups share the same public interest values, and the same purpose: to support the economic development of all regions.
