May 21 is World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, as it has been every year since its creation by the United Nations in 2002.

On this occasion, we would like to highlight the exemplary work of the 2,500 talents from more than 50 different cultures who make Transdev Canada a unique team whose commitment, creativity and innovation make a difference every day in the mobility and public transportation experience of passengers across the country.

Reflecting the communities we serve is and always will be a priority for us.

Diversity, inclusion and equity have always been fundamental values at Transdev Canada, along with listening and respect.

This priority given to people for the richness of their diverse backgrounds, their differences and their skills, Transdev’s true DNA, allows us to always serve you better and to invent the mobility of tomorrow. A mobility that is personalized, integrated, autonomous, connected and respectful of the environment.

Living inclusion as a local employer enriches us with an unrivalled collective strength to act effectively in favour of the community, contribute to everyone’s well-being of and help our society progress.

Transforming mobility means above all relying on talented men and women from all backgrounds.

Transdev’s commitment to promoting diversity in recruitment is not new. As a signatory of the Diversity Charter for more than 15 years, we know that giving equal opportunities to everyone, regardless of age, origin, ethnicity, education, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, is a real asset for the future and the mobility of tomorrow.

We consider that recruiting multicultural talents, training them, accompanying them in their career and ensuring their well-being is a real vector for innovation and performance that opens up new horizons and new opportunities for the organization.

We are extremely grateful to our collaborators for trusting us and for allowing us to obtain the Great Place to Work® certification. So, if you too want to be recognized for your differences, your know-how and your interpersonal skills, apply now to join a team in which it is good to work.

How can we help you to move forward?
